When filing an issue, please be prepared to provide as much detail as possible related to the issue so the issue can be resolved in a prompt manner.  The more information provided the faster the resolution could be on the issue.

Items to consider including with your request:  Exact Error Messages (including saved screenshots), the steps/actions you took leading up to the error occuring.
