(ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT GRADUATING FALL 2024)
This request is for students who wish to participate in a commencement ceremony other than the official ceremony in which they have applied to graduate. The form must be submitted no later than the last day of the semester (prior to finals week). If approved, the student can participate in commencement and their name will be called, but they will not receive their degree until all graduation requirements are met. Please note there is no guarantee that the student's name will be in the graduation program pending the timing of this request and the program printing date. Students requesting to participate in commencement must be within 6 credit hours of completing their degree.
