Telephone Services (New or Modifications to Existing)

Description

We provide a complete set of telecommunications services to campus offices. This includes:

  • IP phones
  • Voicemail
  • Jabber Soft Phones
  • All infrastructure, repairs, and maintenance of systems
    • New phones, moves, removals, new extensions, CCX Call Queue requests

Are there fees or additional cost?

Installation Cost
Single Line or Multi-Line Charges may apply for new phones; otherwise, $300 plus cost of phone
Data or Voice Outlet $300 per data or voice drop, plus materials
Moving a telephone line No charge for moving a phone, or updating end user extension
