Description
NKU may allow under certain circumstances, the purchase of gift cards. If approved, Procurement Services will purchase these gift cards for you, provided the gift cards request is approved by your organization. NKU Cardholders are not permitted to use their own PCard to buy gift cards. The requester of the gift card(s) should keep track of all gift cards purchased and also have the card recipients sign that they received the gift card. Gift cards should not be given in lieu of payment. A Prize and Award form must be completed once gift cards are received.
