We apologize if an error or malfunction caused you to be charged for prints that you did not receive or were not a usable quality. If this is the case, please see the lab assistant on duty or fill out this request form so we may improve our service and refund your charges.
Who can request this service?
Are there fees or additional cost?
Each semester, students are granted a credit for business printing (i.e. 8.5 x 11 sized paper).
- Full-time students: $12 credit
- Part-time students: $6 credit
- Winter term students: $2 credit
Black prints $0.08 per page
Color prints $0.50-0.75 per page (depending on location)
