Multi-Function Printer - Apple Computer MF Instructions

Open System Preferences ( > System Preferences), and open 'Printers and Scanners'.

  1. Click the + sign or Add Printer
  2. Select 'IP' or circular network symbol at the top  Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Type in the Address
    • Papercutmf.hh.nku.edu (not case sensitive)
    • Protocol should be set automatically to 'Line Printer Daemon - LPD', if not, select this option.
    • Queue should be Papercutmf-Universal (not case sensitive)
    • Name can be left default
    • Use: Generic PostScript Printer
  4. Click 'Add':  Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
