Software Self Service

Faculty and staff are able to download software to NKU owned devices on the NKU network. You can download any software you choose, at any time. This includes Microsoft Office, ImageNow, Teams, Zoom, and more.

 

Windows Users

  1. Click the Start Menu in the lower left corner of the screen, then type "Software Center" (you do not need to click anything in the Start Menu before typing).  Click the "Software Center" application once it appears.

  1. Software Center will show a list of applications available for download.  Click the program you wish to install, then click the "Install" button.  The download and installation will start automatically.

Mac Users

  1. Access Spotlight Search by using the keyboard shortcut Command + Space Bar, or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner.  Then type "Self Service" and press return.

  1. Enter your NKU Username and password to access Self Service.

  1. Self Service will show a list of applications available for download.  Click "Install" under the program you wish to download.  The download and installation will start automatically.

Download Software on your Personal Devices

NKU users are able to download Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud products on their personal devices, free of cost.
